Hemp Tea
Loose leaf tea is great for eliminating the waste of single-use tea bags! 1 cup (vol) of loose leaf tea, will yield approximately 20 servings, based on 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz of water and depending on desired strength.
Ingredients: organic hemp, and other organic dried herbs, berries or fruits.
Steeping instructions: Take one teaspoon for 1-2 cups of water. Bring water to a boil, let cool down for 3 minutes or to ~195 F. Steep for 10-15 minutes - or - let it "sunbrew" in a covered mason jar for at least an hour, pour through a sieve, add fresh squeezed lemon juice and ice, to make it a refreshing summer drink!
Tip: Make it a ritual at a convenient time of day and meditate or reflect for 10-15 minutes while you sip. Enjoy!
