• When will I see improvements?
That depends on the nature of conflict.
Was it resolved? How intense was it? How long ago? Are you willing to do the work? Give the body time; for every year of symptoms approximately three months of healing.
• How many appointments will I need?
Initially/Recommended: 6 appointments, every 6 weeks
After that: 1-2 / year maintenance or as needed
